Komodo National Park Indonesia

Komodo National Park, the last remaining habitat of the world’s largest lizard, is one of the most unique and beautiful places on the planet. Consisting of island groups and their surrounding waters, the Park is widely recognized as an outstanding storehouse of globally significant terrestrial and marine biodiversity and, in acknowledgment of its immense value, was designated a Man and Biosphere Reserve in 1986 and a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991.

Scuba diving is popular Komodo National Park because of its high marine biodiversity, including whale sharks, ocean sunfish, manta rays, eagle rays, pygmy seahorse, false pipefish, clown frogfish, nudibranchs, blue-ringed octopus, sponges, tunicates, and coral.

Controversial "Funny" Advertisement in Berlin, Germany!

Come A Little Closer

Come a little closer and you will need their services!

This is a creative outdoor ad done by Jung Von Matt, an advertising agency in Germany for funeral services company brand, Bergmann & Sohn, in Berlin, Germany. The date of the 1st implementation was 01/03/2005, but it released in September 2006. The posters for this local company were placed in highly frequented underground stations of the German capital, Berlin. So they were recognized by thousands of passers by on their daily way to work.
This ad has shocked many people because of its rudeness when picking out the location for their billboard ad, it can endanger peope who want to see the ad closer, isn't it? They put the ad directly behind the underground tracks.

Many press reported about this ad and this led to an increase in high traffic on the company website (www.billiger-bestatten.de) and publicity clients increased a hundredfold.

My classmate, Takehiko, presented about this ad on the class and I decided to share it with all of you who read my blog. Personally, I love dark humor too, if it has an aesthetic value and intelligent idea. Death is always a painful, but also this is a reality, an inevitable reality. I am not sure how people will consider this "come closer" ad when they see it. But, indeed, there is a humorous element in it.

And this ad made me laugh.
